Smiles all round, always saying hello and opening doors for you and helping you with anything you need and bending over backwards for you, Roneka was a massive part our trip! So friendly and funny and she got some amazing photos on the beach of us! My stay was absolutely amazing! The restaurant choices are great (Ernest in kimonos was hilarious and we even had him the 2nd night we ate here and was very happy with his service and cooking ) we never had any problems with eating, service was quick and very good. Lots and lots of options! We stayed club level which was really nice ( all I would say is it needs more lighting in bedroom as it is a little dark ) bed was comfy, good size bathroom and bedroom was very big! We was in room 1506 and had a very nice view! Yes there’s the roof of a restaurant which people have moaned about but so what ? It has to go somewhere ! The Windsor pool was fun with daily activities, entertainment and good drinks! Although we had to wait a while sometimes for a drink at the swim up bar, I honestly can’t fault the staff behind there working there buts off none stop! The resort is beautiful, the private island is amazing and so pretty! The restaurant over there is great too! I would move here tomorrow if I could, we loved it that much. Bahamas is a very beautiful place , we visited 3 islands there and everyone everywhere was so so nice! We’re already planning on coming back next year! I really hope the staff are well looked after at sandals as they are what make this place amazing! Well done sandals 🙂 !.
